‍NOTE: ¹ Hours of Operation may change based on seasonality & events. ² When the Sportsbook is closed, you can cash tickets at the Cage.

2. HOW MANY WINDOWS ARE AT THE SPORTSBOOK? 

The Sportsbook has 5 available betting windows

3. HOW MANY KIOSKS ARE THERE AT THE SPORTSBOOK? 

There are 19 kiosks located on property. 15 of them can be found in the Sportsbook. The other 4 can be found throughout the casino floor.

4. DO YOU HAVE TO BE A VIRGINIA RESIDENT TO PLACE A WAGER AT THE HARD ROCK SPORTSBOOK? 

You do not need to be a Virginia resident, but you must be at least 21 years of age to place a bet.

5. IS FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFERED?

There are restaurants and bars around the Sportsbook where food and beverage are offered.

6. WHAT TYPES OF WAGERS ARE OFFERED?

At the Sportsbook, we offer Straight Bets, Prop Bets, In-Play, Parlays, Teasers, and Futures.

7. CAN I EARN LOYALTY POINTS FOR SPORTS BETTING?

8. HOW MUCH CAN I BET?

Check with Sportsbook Management at the Sportsbook counter as limits vary per event.

9. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM BET?

$5 is the minimum bet amount at both the Sportsbook counter and self-service betting kiosks.

‍*Kiosks will not accept bills less than $5.00.

10. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TEAMS YOU CAN PARLAY?

Kiosk: 20 Teams  
Sportsbook window: 8 Teams

11. WHEN ODDS CHANGE DO THE ODDS  ON MY TICKET CHANGE?

The ticket goes as written. The odds printed on the ticket are the odds the patron receives.

12. IF I HAVE A WINNING TICKET,  HOW CAN I COLLECT MY WINNINGS? 

Bring your winning ticket to the Hard Rock Sportsbook where the wager was placed and see a Sportsbook Agent to collect.

Bring your winning ticket to a Hard Rock Sportsbook kiosk that will dispense a voucher which can be taken to the Sportsbook or Casino Cage to be exchanged for cash.

If the Sportsbook is closed, visit the Casino Cage for after-hours cashing.

13. WHAT IF I’M NOT HERE TO COLLECT?

You can collect your winnings by mail. Refer to the back of your ticket for mail-in instructions or visit hardrock.bet

14. CAN I CASH MY WINNING TICKET AT OTHER  HARD ROCK SPORTSBOOKS OUTSIDE OF VIRGINIA?

All tickets must be redeemed at the Hard Rock Sportsbook in which they were written.

15. WHY IS MY WAGER PAYING OUT LESS THAN  SHOWN ON THE TICKET? 

There are various reasons why your ticket is paying out less than you think it should.

Visit the Sportsbook counter and one of our Sportsbook Team Members will help you.

16. IS THERE A MOBILE APP I CAN DOWNLOAD  TO BET ONLINE?  

The VA Hard Rock Sportsbook mobile app is live and can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play Store

17. CAN I PLACE WAGERS OVER THE PHONE?

State regulations require that you are physically present in person.

18. CAN I BET ON HORSE RACING?

Wagering on Horse Racing is currently not offered at the Sportsbook.

19. WHICH IS THE HOME TEAM?

Traditionally, the home team is the second team listed.

20. WHAT IF THE GAME GETS CANCELLED, SUSPENDED,  OR RAINED OUT BEFORE OR DURING?

Please refer to the House Rules which can be requested at the Sportsbook.
